About us

Our Aims & Vision

Our Vision

To create and maintain warm and family feel nurseries that consistently provide exceptional standards of care and education for every child.

To maintain committed, enthusiastic and skilled management and staff teams who have a passion and clear goal of providing the best opportunities for our children.

To ensure a culture of parent partnership is embedded and plays an integral part in all aspects of nursery life.

Our Aims

Continually strive to create a warm, welcoming, and nurturing environment in which children feel physically and emotionally safe.

Provide children with unique and exciting activities and experiences which promote development in all areas of learning.

To focus on nurturing and developing children’s individual talents inherent in each child which in turn allows them to develop their own self-confidence.

To instil in children a lifetime love of learning.

Ensure all Bubbles Nurseries Staff understand the importance of taking the time to get to know all the babies, children and families. This helps to ensure a consistency in care and that parents are confident that their children feel comfortable and settled in the nursery environment.

Create an environment where every child’s individual needs are identified, valued and met in order to support each child in reaching their full potential.

Create an environment where children learn to care for and respect themselves and others, to be sensitive to the needs and feelings of others and to inequalities associated with race, gender and ability.

To provide an outside environment that not only supports the inside learning but provides an added layer of opportunities through which children can express their love of nature and the outside world. Outside experiences enable children to learn new skills and channel their interests in a different way, opening their eyes to new possibilities.

Provide every child with a key person (allocated staff member) who will become that ‘special person’ in the nursery that knows the child best and forms strong bonds. Our key people become the main contact with parents, they recognise children’s home life, achievements and interests and set meaningful and challenging activities that support babies and children to make positive steps in their development.

Maintain a rigorous process of recruitment and monitoring to continually check the suitability of all staff who work with children.

Ensure our Nurseries work within a framework that promotes equal opportunity regardless of religion, size, ability, gender, culture, age, sex, and disability.

Support children’s health by delivering balanced, healthy, nutritional home cooked meals and snacks.

Support children in developing confidence in their own abilities and self-care, from hand washing to toileting. Ensuring good hygienic practices are embedded in daily practice which ensures children learn to manage their own self-care independently.

Ensure the environment is language rich and through consistent tailored interactions children become confident communicators.
